Shipping policy
If a supporter indicates a plan to pick up the order from our Tennessee location, our staff will contact the supporter through e-mail and a phone call to schedule options by days and times. Supporters may change their plans for delivery rather than a pick up and will be asked to pay the associated costs of shipping when they inform us of the change.
Shipping will be offered only within the 50 states of the United States. If the selected carrier does not offer cost-effective services for too small of a package, then CDF may route the package through an alternative carrier. Tracking codes will be offered to the supporter by e-mail once the package is labelled. If any product is damaged due to shipping, supporters are asked to contact CDF directly by dialing 865-457-6466 and CDF will rectify the circumstances, usually by replacing the item or items without further cost to the supporter.
